Drawing Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
We understand the importance of confidential business information and engineering drawings to B2B customers. The following terms apply to all inquiries and technical materials submitted through this website.
Dongguan Xuneng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, retains, and deletes customer personal data and engineering drawings according to the following principles:
1. Restricted Use of Drawings & Technical Data
- Restricted Purpose: CAD drawings (DWG/DXF), PDFs, and other design files you upload are used only for tape slitting, custom die-cutting, sample application, manufacturability, and quotation assessment.
- Limits on Third-Party Processing: We will not sell or publicly disclose your design drawings. If a die-cutting, testing, or logistics partner needs limited information to perform project work, we will explain the purpose and obtain the customer's consent before providing only the information required.
- Controlled Access: Technical drawings are accessible only to authorized personnel directly involved in the project assessment, with use limited to the business need.
2. Personal Data Protection
We collect your name, business email, company name, and country or region to respond to inquiries, confirm sample delivery, provide quotations, and process related transactions. We do not sell your contact information. Where sample delivery or payment processing requires it, necessary information may be provided to carriers, form-service providers, or payment-service providers solely to complete the relevant service.
3. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of submitted drawings and personal data through the contact page. We will process a verified request within a reasonable period. Information required for legal, accounting, transaction-record, or dispute-handling purposes may need to be retained for the applicable period, as may backup copies until they are overwritten under the normal backup cycle.
