Adhesive Systems & Coating
Manufacturing partners can supply coated products using several adhesive systems, including solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), water-based acrylic PSA, hot-melt adhesive, and synthetic rubber adhesive.
Precision Slitting
Semi-finished master rolls are available up to 1.05 m wide. Slitting widths such as 8 mm, 24 mm, and 150 mm can be assessed against assembly requirements; feasible tolerances depend on the material, thickness, equipment, and order specification.
Custom Brand Printing
Custom pattern and logo printing can be assessed for Washi tape, masking tape, and clear carton-sealing tape. Color count, registration tolerance, and MOQ must be confirmed against the artwork and process.
Coordinated Precision Die-Cutting
For shaped adhesive parts used in electronics and new-energy applications, we can coordinate with specialist die-cutting partners for manufacturability review, tooling, sampling, and volume converting.
For XN-DZ200U, individual parts or roll-form die-cut parts with a non-adhesive pull tab can be assessed from customer drawings. Compatibility with automated placement equipment depends on the release liner, part layout, peel method, and equipment cycle time.

Custom cartons, labels, and printed paper cores can be assessed. Artwork, materials, marking content, and MOQ must be confirmed before ordering.

If environmental or physical-performance documentation is required, we can help verify available third-party reports, RoHS/REACH declarations, or other conformity documents for the relevant model and batch.
