✈ Sample Delivery via SF International
Samples can be shipped via SF International to Southeast Asian destinations, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Freight is charged at the carrier's actual quotation. A typical reference transit time is 3–10 business days, subject to the destination, customs clearance, and carrier progress. A customer-provided DHL or FedEx account may also be used for freight collect.
💳 Local-Currency Bank Transfers via XTransfer
Local bank transfers in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), Malaysian ringgit (MYR), and other supported currencies may be available through XTransfer, which can reduce some cross-border transfer costs. Available currencies, account details, and fees must be confirmed when the order is placed.
🛡️ CAD Drawing & Technical Data Confidentiality
Design drawings are sensitive customer technical data. Uploaded DWG, DXF, and PDF files are used for specification and manufacturing-feasibility assessment and are managed under our privacy policy:
- ✅ Restricted Use: Files are limited to authorized personnel involved in the project assessment. If necessary information must be shared with a die-cutting partner, we will obtain the customer's consent first.
- ✅ Deletion Requests: Customers may request deletion of submitted drawings and related data through the contact page, except where retention is required for legal or transaction records.

Q: Do you charge for adhesive tape samples?
A: Standard samples of XN-DZ200U or conventional PI high-temperature tape may be available depending on stock and specification. Sample terms, quantity, and international freight will be confirmed before dispatch. A customer courier account may also be used for freight collect.
Q: Can you deliver customized die-cut pieces?
A: Yes. We coordinate with precision die-cutting converters in China to supply custom shapes. Upload your CAD drawings in DWG or DXF format through the inquiry form, and we will estimate tooling costs and per-piece pricing.
Q: What is the MOQ for master rolls?
A: The MOQ for master rolls and slit rolls varies by model, width, length, and available stock. Provide the required specification and estimated volume so that we can confirm the MOQ against the actual slitting plan.
